im a culinary genius! Had left over sweet potato mash so made these sweet potato pancakes for breakfast by mixing in egg whites and frying. tasted decent whilst being very healthy!

Today i did 4x12 bench press on 30kgs. seeing strength gains and fat loss simultaneously, loving the feeling of leaning out.. its all about the diet.
